Management of Hard Services includes maintenance of all non-production Utilities, Office Buildings, Labs, Sewer, Fire & Security Protection, Potable Water, Sewer, Energy and Spare Parts of the Janssen Biologics site. Management of Soft services in scope are Security, Cleaning, Gowning, Catering, Mailroom and Pest Control. For most of the Facility services we have a Vested contract with our "WE-company" partner JLL. The introduction of new buildings, equipment and systems also offers you the possibility to participate in (inter-) site projects and global J&J initiatives.
