Responsibilities

  • ● Act as a SAP Key User for GL, CO, AP, and AR processes to provide guidance and support to operational teams and local businesses.
  • ● Collaborate with RTR, PTP, and OTC process managers, team leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver required support.
  • ● Resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities within the GL, CO, AP, and AR SAP areas.
  • ● Support problem-solving and improvement initiatives raised by operational teams.
  • ● Lead training sessions in your area of expertise for GFSS and business stakeholders.
  • ● Participate in or act as a consultant for various projects within your area of expertise.
  • ● Provide support for go-live projects and validate new solutions.
  • ● Support the IT team in the implementation of finance accounting and reporting systems according to project plans and methodologies.
  • ● Ensure alignment of finance accounting and SAP functionality with process requirements.
  • ● Maintain compliance with internal controls, legal, and other local or business requirements.
  • ● Prepare and execute test scenarios including data preparation, script creation, defect logging, and solution verification.
  • ● Support period-end closing, monitor and escalate system problems, and cooperate with IT to resolve issues.
  • ● Execute non-standard reports such as KPIs, quality reports, error tracking, and allocation statistics.
  • ● Share knowledge and coach team members to help achieve collective goals.
  • ● Provide proactive customer service.
  • ● Undertake activities to continuously increase your own competency portfolio.
  • ● Perform finance process operational activities that require specific SAP access rights or in-depth process knowledge.

Requirements

  • ● At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting processes.
  • ● Competency and experience in RTR, PTP, or OTC process activities.
  • ● Very good SAP knowledge.
  • ● Very good MS Office knowledge.
  • ● Excellent ability to collect, organize, and analyze business information.
  • ● Outstanding problem-solving mindset.
  • ● Experience in project and change management is considered an asset.
