Responsibilities
- ● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent roles , from sourcing through to offer management
- ● Provide candidates with a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment experience
- ● Deliver consistent, high-quality shortlists aligned with client expectations
- ● Identify and develop new opportunities through existing relationships, referrals, and market engagement
- ● Gradually expand your client base through consultative, value driven conversations
- ● Contribute to the long-term growth and stability of the desk
- ● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients operating within the tchnology sector
- ● Support ongoing hiring needs across technical, engineering, and commercial functions
- ● Develop a good understanding of client organisations, hiring plans, and talent requirements
Requirements
- ● Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal/Managing Consultant
- ● Background recruiting within technology, data centres, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technical markets is highly advantageous
- ● Comfortable managing both delivery and client development activities
- ● Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of their work
