Responsibilities
- ● Identify, evaluate, and recommend real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes
- ● Develop complex financial models, investment valuations, and feasibility studies
- ● Conduct market research and analyze economic, demographic, and real estate market trends
- ● Prepare investment papers, business cases, and recommendations for the Investment Committee and senior management
- ● Lead financial, legal, commercial, and technical due diligence process
- ● Assess acquisition, development, joint venture, and divestment opportunities
- ● Perform investment underwriting, including DCF, IRR, NPV, ROI, and sensitivity analysis
- ● Monitor investment portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies
- ● Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution with internal and external stakeholders
- ● Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Development, and external advisors throughout the investment lifecycle
- ● Ensure compliance with investment policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- ● Prepare periodic investment reports, market insights, and portfolio performance dashboards
- ● Maintain market intelligence and benchmark data to support investment strategy
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- ● 4-6 years of relevant experience
