About this opportunity Senior Commercial Manager Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Buildings & Real Estate construction Post Contract Commercial Management Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity, supporting an iconic giga program in Riyadh. We are seeking a MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management professional, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
  • ● Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships.
  • ● Delivering high quality post contract commercial services
  • ● Providing senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • ● Producing and presenting reports to Clients.
  • ● Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects
  • ● Who we're looking for:

Requirements

  • ● MRICS or FRICS Chartered
  • ● + years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
  • ● + years' experience in Saudi Arabia
  • ● + years' experience with a consultancy organization
  • ● Has operated as Senior Commercial Manager delivering giga building projects
  • ● Sound knowledge and practical experience of post contract commercial management.
  • ● Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written
  • ● Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
  • ● Ability to work as part of a team
  • ● Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • ● MRICS or equivalent chartered status
  • ● Fluent English level written and oral skills
  • ● Native Arabic or English language
