Responsibilities

  • ● Conduct classroom and virtual training.
  • ● Develop teaching materials, including exercises and assignments.
  • ● Design assessments for various proficiency levels in each competency.
  • ● Enhance course material and course delivery based on feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • ● Gather feedback from stakeholders, identify actions based on that feedback, and implement changes.
  • ● Manage programs and governance.

Requirements

  • ● 2 to 15 years of teaching or IT experience.
  • ● Knowledge of Java programming, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Bootstrap.
  • ● Knowledge of open-source technologies such as Python, PHP, Unix/Linux, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • ● Knowledge of data science tools and techniques including Python for data science, machine learning, exploratory data analysis, statistics, and probability.
  • ● Knowledge of big data technologies including Python programming, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, MongoDB, and NoSQL.
  • ● Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as C programming, SQL Server, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, MVC design pattern, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • ● Experience with MEAN or MERN stacks.
  • ● Knowledge of SAP technologies including ABAP programming, MM, SD, BI, and S4 HANA.
  • ● Knowledge of Oracle technologies such as E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel CRM, Oracle Cloud, OBIEE, and Fusion Middleware.
  • ● Experience in cloud and infrastructure management, including network administration, database administration, Windows administration, Linux administration, middleware administration, end-user computing, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and virtualization.
  • ● Knowledge of database management systems including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, DB2, and NoSQL.
  • ● Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Microfocus UFT, Microfocus ALM, SOA testing, SOAPUI, RestAssured, and Appium.
  • ● Knowledge of API and integration technologies such as API, microservices, TIBCO, APIGee, and Mule.
  • ● Experience with digital commerce platforms like Salesforce and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • ● Knowledge of digital process automation tools such as PEGA, Appian, Camunda, Unqork, and UIPath.
