The HVAC CO-OP Training Program is a structured 6-months development journey designed for Engineering students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. The program is delivered through progressive training phases, providing exposure to key functions including HVAC fundamentals, system design, field operations, maintenance, and commercial practices. Participants will gain hands-on experience across different teams, supported by professional mentorship and real project involvement.
Requirements
- ● Final-year student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.
- ● The CO-OP training must be part of the applicant's graduation requirements.
- ● Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ● Applicants should hold Saudi nationality.
- ● Participants will develop practical, job-ready skills through hands-on experience in HVAC systems, including design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance. The program also provides exposure to real business operations and customer-focused solutions, preparing trainees for future careers in the HVAC and engineering sectors.
