You will be accountable for providing our business with strategic HR advice whilst ensuring we are operationally excellent and service orientated. You will also play an active role in shaping and delivering people-related transformation, helping the business adapt to new ways of working, evolving workforce needs and firmwide strategic priorities. What will your typical day look like Every day brings new opportunities to influence, advise, and lead. As a trusted partner to the business, you'll work directly with senior leaders, providing strategic and operational guidance and hands-on support across all facets of HR. Your impact will be across the talent lifecycle including workforce planning, performance experience, reward and recognition, employee relations, leadership and learning and diversity, equity and inclusion etc. You will also contribute to and support the broader firmwide HR strategy and initiatives.
