About the Company

Identify and assess potential hazards and risks in the workplace. Develop and implement strategies to eliminate or control those risks. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensure that all policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. Provide training to employees on health and safety procedures and regulations. Investigate workplace incidents and accidents to determine root causes. Assist with emergency response during actual incidents. Responsible for hub in Chiang Mai + 100 Hubs across the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, graduate with adequate HSE qualifications/accreditation
  • 2-3 years of work experience in as HSE professional
  • Experience in delivering HSE training, performing HSE audits and incident investigation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices
  • Able to work with limited supervision and deliver results within challenging deadlines and under pressure
  • Able to drive and willing to travel to upcountry/provincial work sites when required.
  • Candidates with experience in developing safety-related programs or managing safety documentation systems will be given special consideration.
