About the Company
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a prominent organization within the Construction, Contracting, EPC, and Infrastructure sector. This is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term organizational success. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and will be responsible for leading the company's overall strategy, financial performance, project execution, and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- ● Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term business objectives.
- ● Lead all business operations to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- ● Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction, EPC, and infrastructure projects.
- ● Drive commercial performance, business development, and market expansion initiatives.
- ● Manage full P&L responsibility , financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, investors, and key stakeholders.
- ● Ensure effective corporate governance, risk management, and compliance with industry regulations.
- ● Lead, develop, and inspire senior leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- ● Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives.
- ● Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Group CEO and Board.
Requirements
- ● Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Executive Director, or Business Unit Head within a reputable Construction, Contracting, EPC, or Infrastructure organization.
- ● Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects and complex business operations.
- ● Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience in business growth, contract management, and operational leadership.
- ● Proven experience with full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility.
- ● Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- ● Strong stakeholder management experience with clients, government authorities, consultants, and investors.
- ● Excellent financial, operational, and business management capabilities.
- ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- ● Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred .
