- ● Within the Merchandising team, The Procurement Trainee will assist in various tasks to support daily purchasing and supplier-related tasks.
- ● Job responsibilities
- ● Create and follow up on purchase orders (PO)
- ● Support the receiving process for goods and services
- ● Process MIGO entries in the system
- ● Follow up on supplier invoices and pending payments
- ● Support supplier creation and collect required documents
- ● Coordinate shipments and deliveries, including courier companies such as Aramex
- ● Track shipment status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- ● Keep records and files updated
- ● Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers when needed
