Responsibilities
- ● Designing, developing, testing, and deploying customised Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- ● Translating business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- ● Reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
- ● Establishing and maintaining Salesforce development standards and documentation.
- ● Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- ● Mentoring junior developers and administrators, and fostering a supportive team environment.

- ● You're a technically skilled and solutions-focused Salesforce engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You're excited by the opportunity to contribute to a digital-first strategy and help shape the future of insurance technology.
- ● In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- ● Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flow.
- ● Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and integration with APIs and web services.
- ● Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- ● Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
- ● Salesforce Developer certifications and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
