As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will be responsible for: Deloitte's Cyber Risk Services help our clients build a secure and resilient digital foundation. As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will join our Cyber practice and be responsible for delivering Workday security support and assessments. Your responsibilities will include assessment, design, and ongoing support of end-user security, internal automated controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses on the Workday platform. Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai Shift Timings: 247 rotational shifts; night, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on project assignment
Requirements
- ● 3-6 years of experience in Workday Security, including configurable security and functional or system-level configurations that impact security design
- ● Experience in Workday Security assessments, design, and ongoing support for large Workday environments with multiple country or region rollouts
- ● Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication features in Workday
- ● Experience providing recommendations on Workday security role design and ongoing support
- ● Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and testing Workday automated, manual, business process, and security controls
- ● Experience with segregation of duties frameworks and Personally Identifiable Information requirements in Workday
- ● Experience with incident, problem, change, and service request management aligned to Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices using ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira
- ● Experience in Big Four application managed services or managed services delivery
- ● Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta, Duo, and Active Directory and their integration with Workday
- ● Experience with data protection tools and techniques
- ● Workday Implementer or Workday Pro certifications
- ● Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification
- ● ITIL v4 Foundation certification
