About the Company
Lead the end-to-end operations, execution, delivery, service, and outcomes of all Partnership and referral activities, including, but not limited to, Home Clinical Visits, Labs, PT, Vaccinations, Imaging, etc. across all connected care channels and patient touchpoints Appointment and Data Management Interpret and explain medical reports to patients and their families clearly and compassionately when necessary Collaborate with the IT and Digital Factory teams to enhance and finalize data-driven system solutions for both laboratory services and home-based lab bookings. Leverage data analysis to contribute to the digitalization of the home healthcare journey, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in medicine and Surgery , Healthcare Management ( Preferable have master degree )
- ● Proven experience in home health care management or a similar leadership role.
- ● Strong understanding of medical Guidelines and procedures.
- ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ● Ability to analyse and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- ● Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- ● Up to 6 years clinical experience is required
