This role is responsible for establishing and scaling software QA processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational guidelines, and driving the adoption of modern software quality methodologies across teams. The BT QA Manager oversees and develops QA resources, leads software quality reviews and audits, fosters a culture of quality and engineering excellence, and drives process optimization through automation and data driven insights. The role collaborates closely with cross functional technology and product teams to ensure that software products meet or exceed customer expectations, functional requirements, and engineering quality standards.
