About the Company

Configure and support SAP EWM, WM, or QM modules based on business requirements Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements Perform system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Provide end-user training and support Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements and integrations Ensure system processes align with business operations and best practices Prepare documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides Support SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ● Proven experience in SAP modules: EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and/or QM (Quality Management)
  • ● Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in warehouse, inventory, and quality management
  • ● Experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support projects
  • ● Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
  • ● Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • ● Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • ● Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • ● SAP certification in EWM/WM/QM is a plus
  • ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English
