This role will play a pivotal part in driving profitable growth across APAC, with a strong focus on profitability on New Product Development (NPD), product, category and customer profitability, and commercial performance optimisation. The FP&A Analyst is responsible for executing financial planning and analysis activities for SharkNinja APAC, with a focus on driving product, category and customer profitability and enabling data-driven commercial decisions. This role includes the development of performance management reports with visibility across channel, category, and customer profitability, as well as supporting NPD and APAC Unique Product Development business cases and sell-side optimisation initiatives. Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • ● Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Data Analysis
  • ● Prior experience in financial modelling (product / customer level) and performance reporting preferred
  • ● Proven ability to manage forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decisions
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner cross-functionally
  • ● Ability to analyse large & complex data sets and translate into actionable insights
  • ● Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office / Power BI skills required, with strong modelling capability
