Responsibilities

  • ● Daily Support of business application system / CRM application.
  • ● Liaising & Interact with business users & Vendor closely regard to application supports.
  • ● Able to make a presentation and convey system solutions to team and development team.
  • ● Application testing and development. Conduct testing together with business users.
  • ● Application Implementation and providing training to user.

Requirements

  • ● bachelor's degree with coursework in information systems or computer science preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • ● At least two (2) years' experience working with administrative business application systems.
  • ● Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Attention to details.
  • ● Good communication skills and technical writing ability. Business level English and Mandarin.
  • ● Presentation skills.
  • ● Able to work well in Team and independently.
  • ● (with SSRS reporting and Data warehouse experiences will be advantage)
