Penspen is looking for a Manager- Contracts for one of the Gas processing projects in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

Education

  • ● An Engineering Degree in any discipline.
  • ● Minimum 20 years of experience in which 10+ years should be in the oil and gas EPC project.

Skills

  • ● Must have worked in the Contracts Manager role in large oil and gas project preferably in GCC region.
  • ● Good Knowledge in the regional legal and contractual terms and procedures
  • ● Good experience in drafting and negotiating contract terms, claim management, risk mitigation strategies etc.

Preferred (nice to have)

  • ● Previous experience in ADNOC project is an added advantage
