Responsibilities

  • Process Discovery & Mapping: Lead workshops with stakeholders to document current state ("As-Is") workflows using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify inefficiencies, manual redundancies, and risks within existing processes.
  • Design & Optimization: Develop "To-Be" process models that incorporate automation, streamlined approvals, and clear hand-off points.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational KPIs and cycle times to quantify the impact of process changes.
  • Implementation Support: Act as a liaison between business units and IT/Development teams to ensure process designs are technically feasible.
  • Change Management: Create training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high adoption of new processes.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, management consulting, or systems analysis.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, or Signavio).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and automation platforms.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Total Quality Management (TQM).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable process recommendations.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership.
