Responsibilities

  • This is where you'll excel
  • Support the regional Center of Processes and Applications (COPA) with a team of IT experts across Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Customer Service (CS), Customer Projects (CP), and Supply Chain Logistics (SCL).
  • Serve as the lead for the Customer Service (CS) stream.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the COPA strategy for Southeast Asia and Oceania
  • Support the alignment and enablement of global initiatives in consideration of regional requirements
  • Facilitate the rollout of global solutions across the region, including the Small Entity Template (SET)
  • Support regional ITP projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to talent development and capability building across the region.
  • Ensure regional processes and tools are aligned with and enabled by global templates.
  • Facilitate the localization of IT applications to meet regional requirements.
  • Support the optimization and streamlining of the Small Entity Template (SET) rollout.
  • Collaborate with central IT and business teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies.
  • Coordinate with regional business stakeholders to understand and address the user needs.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across the region.
  • Organize regional superuser alignment for the Customer Service (CS) stream.
  • Support the oversight of regional IT projects from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in managing project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Support the Team Manager, COPA SEA, in developing the team's knowledge base and strengthening overall capabilities.
  • Ensure high-quality responses to regional users and their inquiries beyond individual stream responsibilities.
