SAP Processes & Applications Specialist

Responsibilities

• ● Support the regional Center of Processes and Applications (COPA) with a team of IT experts across Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Customer Service (CS), Customer Projects (CP), and Supply Chain Logistics (SCL).
• ● Serve as the lead for the Customer Service (CS) stream.
• ● Assist in developing and implementing the COPA strategy for Southeast Asia and Oceania
• ● Support the alignment and enablement of global initiatives in consideration of regional requirements
• ● Facilitate the rollout of global solutions across the region, including the Small Entity Template (SET)
• ● Support regional ITP projects and initiatives.
• ● Contribute to talent development and capability building across the region.
• ● Ensure regional processes and tools are aligned with and enabled by global templates.
• ● Facilitate the localization of IT applications to meet regional requirements.
• ● Support the optimization and streamlining of the Small Entity Template (SET) rollout.
• ● Collaborate with central IT and business teams to ensure aligned and cohesive strategies.
• ● Coordinate with regional business stakeholders to understand and address the user needs.
• ● Facilitate knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across the region.
• ● Organize regional superuser alignment for the Customer Service (CS) stream.
• ● Support the oversight of regional IT projects from initiation through completion.
• ● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• ● Assist in managing project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• ● Support the Team Manager, COPA SEA, in developing the team's knowledge base and strengthening overall capabilities.
• ● Ensure high-quality responses to regional users and their inquiries beyond individual stream responsibilities.
