IT Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• ● Provide guidance and oversight on security measures including IT infrastructure, application for both IT and OT (Operational Technology) networks.
• ● Monitors, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
• ● Develop and implement security policies, procedures, regulations, instructions, guidance and standards.
• ● Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• ● Conduct regular Vulnerability Assesments (VA) and Penetration Testing (Pentest) on applications and IT infrastructure to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
• ● Coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, IT security regulation)
• ● Assess, Evaluate and Recommend security solutions and technologies.
• ● Prepare regular reports on security status and incidents.

• ● Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• ● Having experiences at least 3-5 years in IT Security.
• ● Good command of spoken and written in English.
• ● Strong Knowledge of PC, server, network and application security.
• ● Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• ● Must understand workflows and processes related to the incident response paln, including praparation, identification, containment, and eradication.
• ● Able to participate in and execute each phase of the incident response lifecycle to ensure effective handling of IT security incidents.
• ● Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR standards are preferred.
