Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformation projects within a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent stakeholder manager, highly structured, and able to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, data, finance, and external vendors. Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus, as well as relevant PM certifications-but not required. Project Planning & Execution Lead end-to-end delivery of several projects simultaneously from initiation, planning, execution, UAT, deployment, to stabilization. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, RAID logs, and communication plans. Ensure all milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage and drive cross-functional alignment across Business, Tech, Data, Operations, Finance, and Vendors. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Engage a large and diverse group of stakeholders; facilitate decision-making, alignment, and conflict resolution. Act as the primary contact between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors. Prepare and lead Steering meetings and working groups with clear updates, issues, and next steps. Requirements & Change Management Work with business users to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements and functional flows. Coordinate with tech teams to review solution design, integration approach, and system feasibility. Plan and manage change impact, user adoption, training, and communication to ensure smooth rollout. Quality Assurance & UAT Oversee test planning, UAT execution, and defect management. Ensure systems meet business requirements, performance standards, and operational readiness. Manage cutover plan, go-live activities, and hypercare support. Governance, Reporting & Documentation Track and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials to Line manager and management. Ensure compl
