• ● Job Summary:
• ● The Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting inventory control and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock management, timely material availability, and efficient warehouse processes. The role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to supply chain procedures while supporting operational requirements.
• ● Main Activities & Responsibilities:
• ● Maintain accurate inventory records and always ensure stock integrity.
• ● Perform routine cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• ● Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through reconciliation and root cause analysis.
• ● Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
• ● Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• ● Ensure warehouse materials are stored safely, securely, and in an organized manner.
• ● Support warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• ● Liaise with procurement, logistics, and operational teams to ensure material availability.
• ● Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
• ● Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• ● Ensure compliance with HSE policies and warehouse safety standards.
• ● Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• ● Support operations regarding mobilizations and demobilizations' of Interwell equipment.
• ● QHSE ResponsibilitiesIndividual:
• ● Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
• ● Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems
• ● Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities
