Responsibilities
- ● Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports using accounting software while ensuring compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations.
- ● Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- ● Perform monthly bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- ● Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries, supporting schedules, and financial reports.
- ● Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis by providing accurate accounting data and reports.
- ● Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and ensure all accounting records are organized and audit-ready.
- ● Prepare VAT/tax-related schedules and assist in tax filings while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- ● Coordinate with external auditors by providing required financial documents and supporting information during audits.
- ● Monitor daily financial transactions and assist in identifying cost variances and opportunities for improving financial efficiency.
- ● Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
