Responsibilities
- ● Control of production processes / quality inspection in the Cold End section, QC control, repacking, and bottle packaging.
- ● Supervise and oversee the preparation of packing materials for each type of bottle packaging.
- ● Supervising glass inspection staff and shift workers.
- ● Arrange manpower for visual inspection of essential products or in cases product out of specification and need to be resorted.
- ● Summarizing defects found during production as reported by selection staff on each shift.
- ● Continuously developing departmental personnel in terms of skills and knowledge effectively.
- ● Daily data inspection and SAP system monitoring.
- ● Ensuring workplace cleanliness and safety system compliance.
