Responsibilities

  • ● Anchor different phases of the engagement including business process consulting, problem definition, discovery, solution generation, design, development, deployment and validation; guide teams on project processes and deliverables; contribute to effort estimation and proposal development, client training and internal capability building with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
  • ● Collaborate effectively with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • ● Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Bitbucket.
  • ● Develop and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging Terraform for automation and scalability.
  • ● Deploy and manage applications across Azure Spring Apps, Azure Container Apps, and Azure App Services.
  • ● Configure and maintain Azure API Management (APIM), Key Vault, and Azure Application Gateway for secure and reliable operations.
  • ● Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor and New Relic.
  • ● Automate operational tasks and workflows using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • ● Partner with development and operations teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues across multiple environments.
