About the Company

Job DescriptionOverview The Landscape Inspector will be responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and monitoring landscape and public realm works associated with the Projects. The role will ensure that landscape construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project quality standards, environmental requirements, and clients guidelines. Your role Landscape Construction Inspection - Inspect and monitor landscape installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. - Verify construction quality and workmanship for all landscape-related activities. - Ensure landscape works are executed in accordance with project schedules and approved methodologies. - Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, issues, and non-conformances. Bridges & Infrastructure Landscape Works - Ensure proper integration of landscaping with transportation and bridge infrastructure. - Monitor interface areas between landscape, utilities, structures, and roadway works. Irrigation Systems Inspection - Monitor installation and testing of irrigation networks. - Witness testing and commissioning of irrigation systems. - Ensure irrigation works comply with project specifications and sustainability objectives. Environmental & Sustainability Compliance - Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and clients sustainability standards. - Monitor implementation of water-effi

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • ● Professional certification in landscape construction, horticulture, or irrigation systems is preferred.
  • ● Minimum 5-8 years of experience in landscape inspection and construction supervision.
  • ● Minimum 3 years of experience on infrastructure, transportation, or urban development projects.
  • ● Previous GCC or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly desirable.
