Responsibilities

  • ● Supervise daily Retail Assembly operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity objectives are achieved. Lead and develop production teams while coordinating with cross-functional departments to support efficient manufacturing operations.

  • ● Supervise daily Retail Assembly production activities to achieve production targets.
  • ● Manage manpower allocation, attendance, overtime planning, and labor productivity.
  • ● Monitor production efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery.
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
  • ● Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • ● Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
  • ● Lead continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • ● Coach, develop, and evaluate Team Leaders and production operators.
  • ● Prepare and review daily production reports and KPIs.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • ● Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
  • ● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
