- ● ROLE SUMMARY
- ● We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Objects (BO) Technical Support Analyst to provide production support, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI) platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, data teams, developers, and infrastructure partners to ensure the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise reporting solutions.
- ● This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP BusinessObjects tools, report troubleshooting, security administration, data connectivity, and incident management.
- ● Production Support & Incident Management
- ● Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP BusinessObjects environments.
- ● Investigate and resolve production incidents impacting reports, dashboards, and BI platform services.
- ● Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- ● Monitor system health, report schedules, and platform performance.
- ● Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
