- ● Should-Have Experience
- ● Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and worked on SAP MM in S4 HANA environment.
- ● Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
- ● Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- ● Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
- ● Basic SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with test management tools.
- ● Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation, and test data creation.
- ● Proven track record of reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
- ● Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.
- ● Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
- ● Job Location: Noida
