About the Role

Responsibilities

- ● Perform open, laparoscopic, endoscopic, and other minimally invasive urological procedures according to clinical privileges.
- ● Evaluate and treat patients with kidney stones, prostate disorders, urinary tract diseases, urinary incontinence, and male reproductive conditions.
- ● Provide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care.
- ● Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborate with oncology, nephrology, radiology, and other specialties when required.
- ● Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to medical education and clinical training.
- ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and international clinical standards.
- ● Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, patient safety activities, and continuing medical education.
