The role & your impact As Senior Process Engineer, you will combine operational support, process optimization and cross-functional project leadership. You will influence process reliability, product quality, production capacity and variable cost performance, while helping the organization introduce new products and resolve complex technical issues. Your key responsibilities in this role - Monitor day-to-day product and process performance, adjust operating parameters, troubleshoot production abnormalities with frontline teams and provide timely technical support. - Analyze technical data, develop practical process solutions, run optimization experiments in line with company procedures, issue reports and maintain controlled process documentation. - Prepare product budgets, forecast and control variable production costs, and ensure accurate monthly operational data and reporting. - Assess equipment, capacity and process-control capability; support global capacity foreca
