About the Company

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DCAS Licensed Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency medical care, stabilizing patients, and ensuring safe transportation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency medical calls. - Assess patients' conditions and provide appropriate pre-hospital emergency care. - Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) interventions as permitted by the DCAS scope of practice. - Administer medications and medical treatments in accordance with DCAS protocols. - Safely transport patients to designated healthcare facilities while continuously monitoring their condition. - Operate and maintain ambulances and emergency medical equipment. - Accurately complete patient care reports and other required documentation. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospitals, and other emergency response agencies. - Ensure compliance with DCAS regulations, company policies, and infection prevention and control standards. - Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and continuing professional development activities. - Maintain readiness of emergency vehicles, equipment, and medical supplies.

Requirements

  • Valid DCAS Paramedic License (mandatory).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent recognized provider.
  • PALS certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • ATLS, ITLS, or PHTLS certification is an advantage.
