About the Role
The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end seafood production operations across Shrimp, Salmon, and Multi-Purpose processing lines. The role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, product quality, food safety compliance, yield optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while meeting business objectives and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead daily production operations across seafood processing and packing lines.
- ● Ensure compliance with HACCP, SFDA regulations, ISO standards, and food safety requirements.
- ● Drive production efficiency, maximize yield, and minimize waste and processing losses.
- ● Manage manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve production targets.
- ● Monitor seafood processing activities including filleting, trimming, grading, portioning, glazing, freezing, and packaging.
- ● Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational excellence and product consistency.
- ● Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve performance and technical capability.
- ● Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations.
- ● Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Seafood Processing Technology, or a related field.
- ● years of experience in seafood processing and food manufacturing operations.
- ● Proven experience in a leadership role within seafood production.
- ● Strong knowledge of seafood processing technologies, yield management, and cold-chain operations.
- ● HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000 are highly desirable.
