About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fire Inspector to join our Poultry Division. The successful candidate will support fire prevention programs, conduct safety inspections, monitor fire protection systems, and help maintain a safe working environment across facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in fire safety, emergency response, or occupational safety.
Responsibilities
- ● Conduct routine fire and safety inspections of buildings, equipment, and work areas.
- ● Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- ● Support the maintenance and testing of fire detection and suppression systems.
- ● Assist in conducting fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
- ● Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
- ● Prepare inspection reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
- ● Monitor the condition and availability of firefighting equipment.
- ● Participate in fire risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
- ● Deliver basic fire prevention awareness and training to employees.
- ● Coordinate with emergency response teams during incidents and emergencies.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fire Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- ● Fire Safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent certification.
- ● years of experience in fire safety, fire inspection, firefighting, or emergency response.
- ● Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
- ● Good understanding of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
- ● Ability to prepare reports and maintain inspection records.
- ● Good communication skills in English.
- ● Physically fit and capable of responding to emergency situations.
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
