  • ● Under the leadership of the Vice President, Integrated Management Systems, the Director, SAP Solutions is responsible for the strategy, evolution, operations, and value realization of SAP S/4HANA and its broader technology ecosystem, which serves as the integrated platform supporting the delivery of Pomerleau's major projects.
  • ● This role is accountable for SAP as a strategic business capability that enables the successful execution of Pomerleau's major projects, ensuring both its current performance and its future evolution in alignment with the organization's business needs.
  • ● As the leader of the SAP practice, the Director defines the platform roadmap, oversees the development of capabilities required for ongoing projects, and prepares the organization for the capabilities needed to support future major projects.
  • ● Working closely with internal teams that support major project delivery, as well as with relevant corporate functions, the Director ensures that the processes, data, and solutions supported by SAP effectively meet the company's operational requirements.
  • ● The Director leads the functional and technical teams, as well as external partners responsible for the platform's evolution, integration, operations, and support. The role is ultimately accountable for platform stability, performance, solution adoption, and the business value delivered to major projects and the organization as a whole.
