Responsibilities

  • ● Role Purpose
  • ● To support demand and material planning activities by analyzing forecast accuracy, simulating material availability, and managing finished goods inventory to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support operational efficiency.
  • ● Key Responsibilities
  • ● Support demand forecasting and material planning processes to align with business and production requirements.
  • ● Analyze sales forecasts, demand trends, and historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • ● Perform material availability simulations to identify potential shortages and supply risks.
  • ● Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure material readiness and supply continuity.
  • ● Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to maintain optimum Finished Goods (FG) inventory.
  • ● Track and analyze forecast performance and identify opportunities for planning improvements.
  • ● Prepare planning reports, inventory analysis, and related KPI measurements.
  • ● Support supply-demand balancing activities to achieve customer service and inventory targets.
  • ● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance.
  • ● Qualifications & Requirements
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Management.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • ● Good command of spoken and written English.
