• ● Support subcontracting and sourcing strategy for Waste to X Plants and Renewable Gas (if applicable), including market research analysis.
• ● Develop Local network and panel of suppliers and contractors for Construction Lots, Site Lots and Framework
• ● Promote KVI as the Partner of Choice to Contractors and suppliers in the Branch region
• ● Participating in development and selection for a best source and contractor approval process (using internal e-database, SUMO or any other available).
• ● Preparation and follow-up of PEPP (Project Engineering Procurement Plan) for execution of subcontract.
• ● Support & preparation and issue of RFQ's (Request for Quotations) for installation and site procurement lots,
• ● Analysis of received offers, review subcontract proposal evaluations,
• ● Performing costs and price analysis, developing negotiations strategies and support & leading negotiation of related project installation lots including site procurements lots.
• ● Preparation of commercial part of subcontract, including MoN (Minutes of Negotiations) and all necessary
• ● commercial clarifications.
• ● Direct commercial administration of site & installation lots including costs forecast and purchase orders follow-up.
• ● Cooperation with local C&C Tender Manager for market screening opportunities and subcontractors.
• ● Participate in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function.
• ● Ensures effectiveness and efficiency through adherence to subcontracting process.
