Logistics Service Coordinator - LCB

Responsibilities

• ● PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.
• ● Daily export booking with shipping line by follow customer tender, order instruction and LC
• ● Daily update export routing on SAP
• ● Generate pre leg and update sailing schedule (POD on SAP)
• ● Open job on BDP system with update shipment details
• ● Arrange loading planning by prepare trucks for pick up the empty container for delivery to customer WH as per schedule with Co-ordinate Trucking and carrier.
• ● Coordinate with customer in case SAP issue, production stock planning, equipment container shortage, vessel space, carrier allocation and etc related.
• ● Retrieve customs invoice form SAP for coordinate with internal for export customs clearance
• ● Control coordinator export booking and document by follow KPI.
• ● Monitor truck arrival time and coordinate with customer WH
• ● Weekly and monthly keep operation data and KPI information
• ● Verify freight invoice with collect information to account department for billing process
• ● Resolve problem proactively with creative idea for make all activity smooth with meet KPI
• ● Other assigned task team management, investigate report, claim correspondence, working area Improvement.
