  • What You Will Do
  • As a CCTV Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, and support of CCTV and associated security systems across customer sites. Working in a field-based environment, you will deliver high-quality service, ensuring security systems operate reliably, efficiently, and in line with customer requirements. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors and technical specialists, you will develop your expertise in system configuration, fault diagnosis, networked video solutions, and technology upgrades while contributing to exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

  • Install, configure, and commission CCTV and security systems at customer sites.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and reactive service activities in line with customer requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system-related faults.
  • Support the upgrade, expansion, and replacement of CCTV infrastructure.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work carried out.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with health, safety, and company procedures.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service during site visits.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors and technical support teams as required.
  • Participate in technical training to develop product and system knowledge.
