As the Senior Cyber Architect - Digital & Data, you will play a pivotal role in leading security architecture development and consulting across our high-impact Digital and Data & AI initiatives. Taking a proactive, secure-by-design approach, you will design and implement systems and processes that anticipate cyber threats and ensure our security posture remains robust, forward-looking, and aligned with broader business objectives.

• ● Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
• ● Promote Cyber Policy and Standards: Champion NIST-based Enterprise Cyber frameworks across Digital and Data teams, providing expert cyber security guidance to peer solution architects, engineers, and developers.
• ● Secure Digital & AI Solutions: Partner with Enterprise Security Architect and peer Cyber Architects to design security domain architectures and establish reference architectures across the Digital, Data, and AI spaces.
• ● Drive Secure-by-Design: Consult across project and BAU operations, promoting the secure-by-design culture and security architecture patterns to ensure security architecture seamlessly integrates with overall Technology and Digital frameworks.
• ● Integrate Security Services: Collaborate with Cyber engineering and operations teams to align core security service integrations (e.g. SIEM, KMS, PAM) with business objectives and Cyber service offerings.
• ● Lead Security Architecture Governance: Manage project submissions to Endeavour's Architecture Alignment Forums and Architecture Review Board to ensure high-quality security architecture.
• ● Shape Cyber Strategy: Break down complex initiatives and contribute to evolving Cyber policies and standards, specifically across Digital, application, and data security domains.

• ● Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in cyber security architecture and design roles, including at least 3 years operating independently in a senior capacity against a large digital business portfolio with senior stakeholders.
