Responsibilities

- ● Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and property selection.
- ● Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, including negotiating rental agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- ● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels such as online listings, social media, and direct mail.
- ● Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition and meet guests' expectations.
- ● Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
- ● Manage the booking and reservation system, handling inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that arise.
- ● Monitor financial performance of the department, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- ● Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the holiday homes industry and ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements

- ● Proven experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry at least 5 years.
- ● Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations pertaining to holiday homes and short-term rentals.
- ● Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- ● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and guests.
- ● Proficiency in property management software and systems.
- ● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- ● Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- ● Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
- ● Must Rera License.
