  • Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join our Project Management and Construction Supervision team on a prestigious villa development project in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-quality residential development, ensuring structural works are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and engineering excellence.
  • The successful candidate will possess extensive consultancy experience overseeing structural works on luxury residential, villa, mixed-use, or high-end building developments. You will work closely with the Resident Engineer, contractors, design consultants, and client representatives to ensure the successful delivery of all structural elements throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Supervising all structural construction activities on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and local authority regulations.
  • Reviewing contractor shop drawings, structural calculations, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
  • Monitoring structural works including foundations, retaining walls, reinforced concrete structures, post-tensioned slabs (where applicable), steel structures, masonry, and finishing structural elements.
  • Ensureingconstruction activities comply with approved structural designs and international engineering standards.
  • Coordinating closely with architectural, civil, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams to resolve interface issues.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship and compliance.
  • Witnessing testing and inspections including concrete pours, reinforcement inspections, material testing, load testing, and structural integrity inspections.
  • Reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and engineering change proposals.
  • Identifying construction risks and provide practical engineering solutions to maintain programme objectives.
  • Assisting in evaluating contractor progress and monitor compliance with project schedules.
  • Supporting the Resident Engineer with technical reporting, progress meetings, and client presentations.
  • Reviewing non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and close-out documentation.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout all structural activities.
