  • Role Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to design, implement, automate, and support enterprise IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in infrastructure automation, configuration management, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and log management to ensure the availability, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise systems.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring and logging solutions.
  • Manage virtualization and private cloud environments.
  • Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management best practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to ensure reliable system operations.
  • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, and technical procedures.
  • Must-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with ELK Stack OR Elasticsearch for log management, monitoring, and observability.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Load Balancing.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Prometheus OR Grafana OR Zabbix for infrastructure monitoring.
