Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• ● As Financial Controler, you will play a central role in supporting the financial health of the business through reliable reporting, strong controls, and close partnership with leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who brings sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insight.
• ● Responsibilities
• ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• ● Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• ● Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance against forecasts.
• ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• ● Partner with leadership to support audits, reporting, and financial decision-making.
• ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• ● years of experience in financial controlling or accounting, with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• ● Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• ● Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and internal controls.
• ● CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus.
