Job Description - Support the day-to-day People & Culture operations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. - Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes. - Maintain and update employee records and People & Culture documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. - Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents. - Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team member activities. - Coordinate new joiner onboarding activities and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed. - Assist with attendance, leave administration, and payroll-related activi

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.
  • Previous pre-opening experience is preferred.
