Responsibilities

  • es, and designing complex workflows, rules, policies, and integrations with other HR and payroll systems. In this role, you will align HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy.
  • Additionally, you will mentor senior consultants, review technical designs and documentation, support governance and quality assurance, and contribute to stakeholder communication, training strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as a UKG Pro WFM / Workday subject matter expert, ensuring excellence across implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support.
  • Location: Melbourne, VICSalary: AUD 129,311 - 142,018 Annual Gross

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Define and design end-to-end HR architecture (process, organization, technology)
  • Align HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy
  • Design and own HR systems landscape (HCM, WFM, Payroll)
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and integrated HR platforms across regions
  • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives (automation, analytics, AI)
  • Coordinate multi-environment deployments, testing activities, and release management for business-critical applications.
  • Drive automation, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Agile delivery practices.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders
  • Act as strategic advisor to leadership on HR transformation
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices
  • Technical Expertise Requirements
  • Should have minimum 12-14 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or Workday
  • Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of modules like HCM, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Global Time Off, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, Devices
