Responsibilities

  • ● Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices.
  • ● Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output.
  • ● Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in agriculture or Poultry Production and animal Science.
  • ● 4 - 5 Years Experience in GP farms.
  • ● Understanding of poultry Framing specifically Breeding farms.
  • ● Knowledge of brooding, feeding, egg collection
  • ● Commitment to animal welfare, safety standards, and farm goals.
  • ● Precision in monitoring flock health, feed quality, and environmental conditions.
  • ● Willingness to embrace new technologies, methods, and regulatory changes.
  • ● Ability to work with veterinarians, engineers, farm managers, and policymakers.
